Food Safety

 Food Safety provides information on food safety and quality. We were approached by Food Safety in late summer to create a microsite for the upcoming winter holidays. This was a rush project due to the October deadline.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are holidays families enjoy with tasty meals. We designed a festive site with four main sections: food safety facts, recipes, shopping lists, and fun holiday games. The site also included recall information. We quickly lined up photos and designed the site to handle large amounts of information without clutter.

Downloadable brochures were included that could be updated with recall information. The site launched in late October. Later, we designed and displayed ads on food websites providing straightforward safety information, such as “What’s the appropriate temperature for safely cooking a turkey?”
